Cavemen Don't Eat Hot Sauce

Are you sure about that?


My friend is going on a crazy diet. It is called the Paleo Diet. Basically you eat like a caveman. No sugar, no processed food, no Carbohydrates like bread, cake, wraps, crepes, muffins, or bagels. The paleo diet is said to make you a healthier, fitter person like the cavemen. Some people follow a template, but others try to accomplish the 30 day challenge, going by the exact list of dos and don'ts. My friend ate a very paleo friendly meal tonight. Chicken with zucchini and cherry tomatoes and water. She thought in was very bland so she added some hot sauce. If you read the ingredients on the back of the hot sauce my friend used, you would see that it included vinegar. Vinegar is made of sugar. Therefore my friend broke the paleo diet rules.  My tip for the world is don't go Paleo. this world has become modern for a reason. bread and sweets are too good to give up. If you're trying to loose weight and/or stay healthy just excise more and eat healthy options.
